Default Buying Heads What Kind?

I have an 03 mustang gt with a p1sc procharger and other bolt ons. Another spark plug has shot out of the head and im getting fed up. Should i just spend the money on new heads and if so what kind? Also might as well do cams at the same time what supporting mods do i need as far as valve springs, retainers and so on? Also some good places to find these for good prices or if you know people that are selling some heads let me know thanks. All input is appreciated thanks.

There are lots of heads out there.

Proweld
TEA
foxlake
livernois
D&D
DSS
Patriot
powerheads

The answer all depends on your budget

a lot of these heads should take a mild cam upgrade without replacing retainers, etc. What kind of cam are you going with?

Fox Lake,

I have patriots, they are coming off in three weeks to have the valve guides and seals replaced.

Have you brought your car to an actual mechanic to make sure its the guides? My Patriot stage 3 heads were checked by a local shop and they were perfect.
