Default Engine alignment?

So im installing my k-member and stuff...

problem is that my solid motor mounts (upr) dont line up with my K-member (qa1).
first off i had to drill the UPR mounts so that i could bolt them onto the motor.

now im trying to align the engine with the k-member and finding that the bolt holes dont line up. the biggest problem is that the passenger side mount is about an 1/8 of an inch off (toward the rear) from the k-member slot. its not even in the slot, its higher. the driver side is in the slot, but only 2 of the 4 holes line up even remotely. (i'll prolly be drilling some)

my question is there any way to maybe slide the motor left or right or even forward a little? i jacked my motor up using a jack and block of wood by the oil pan. or should i just drill/grind the k-member??

id give qa1 a call before id drill out holes in the k member!! drilling holes might throw off the whole alighnment of the front end and the engine!! sounds like the upr motor mounts were the first problem if they wouldnt line up on the block.try throwing on the stock motor mounts and see if that helps.

mmm i think both parts are the problem. even if the engine wasnt there i would have trouble lining up the k-member to the frame...

problem number 2 is that i need the wheels back on by monday, because the apartment gave me a letter saying that i cant do maintenance in the parking lot

if i cant come up with a solution think im just gunna have to re-attach everything stock and call it a weekend...

id still give qa1 a call and tell them the problem. then start putting the stock k member back on.
