Default Replace Headliner?

I found a 99 GT black with 75k miles on it for under 5k. The catch is that the headliner is absolutely hideous and distasteful and the rear bumper needs to be replaced. I know the rear bumpers arn't hard to replace, What about replacing the headliner? How hard is it to do that?

If you are on the fence b/c of the headliner you better be buying the car. My grandfather worked for years in an auto upholstery business and its not that expensive to have done.
