where is the engine coolant plug.
I went to drain my coolant and drianed the radiator but couldn't fin anything to drain the coolant in the block. I dropped the bottom raditor hose but nothing came out. is there a drain plug for the block.

Yes there is, but I've bad news--you have to remove the engine from the block!!! Check out the second picture: http://www.bossracing.net/Tech%20Art...ap%20page5.htm

Just did mine recently. I just unscrewed the drain plug and had a hose running at the fill cap. I ran the car with the heat on. Did that till the water was clear and then tightened the plug and let it fill with water. Then put in the radiator flush and drove for a couple of days. Then drained with the hose in the fill cap again until the water was clean. Then refilled with clean water and ran it with the heat on for 10 minutes. Then drained it like the first time, tightened the drain plug, and filled with fresh radiator fluid, water wetter, and fresh jugs of drinking water from Wal-Mart.
*Might want to change out the thermostat and water pump before filling your system for the final time, just for cheap insurance. Only about $65-75 more.
