I have a 96gt with a 96 block with 03 pistons and 5.4 ported heads. 70mm TB Plenum. It was tuned but we tuned back to stock just changing the shifts to 5800 at 1st and 5300 at 2nd gear and so on. I dynoed at about 290 hp at the wheels. I want to get a new sct tuner with long tube headers and xpipe and 75 TB set up with underdrive pulleys and a 100 shot of nitrous. But I was thinking would I be better off with a Turbo like T3 or T4 with nitrous 100 shot and a Tune. Which would be better for performance and the most HP. And where do I get the exhaust headers to hook up a turbo on my 96 gt.

 

Sorry i do have 4:10 gears as well.
