Default Fuel rails and injectors

I have a chance to get fuel rails and 24 lbs injectors new for basically free. I know on what i have done it will not help at all. but will it hurt? and i plan on running nitrous soon and i was told it is good to upgrade the fuel system. but will it cause any problem before having the nitrous?
and what is all needed to install the rails and injectors?

If you install larger injectors without getting it tuned, it will run very crappy.
