I just bought the keyless from Ebay and got these directions. It doesn't work.

You probably have to use the oem remote first! Also, make sure the remote you bought has the same iden# on it.

 

I bought a pair on eBay a few years ago and that is exactly how I programmed mine. Sounds like the remotes may be for the 98 and earlier cars. Those remotes are programmed completely different and will not work on the newer cars.

 

Hey guys i figured it out. I had to turn my car to on (without starting it) 8 times really fast and the remote programmed. thanks!
