Default Removing or Hollowing out Cats on 01 GT

Hey guys, I cannot find hardly any info on how to remove my cats or to hollow them out! very frustrating, I live in Maryland and we do not have inspections or none of that only if we sell out car. I dont have a tuner except a superchips flashpaq for my 06 silverado and wanted to know how to remove or hollow out the cats on a stock mid h pipe and would it run okay until I could get a tuner, since I think my superchips one is married to my truck

Not worth it.... Take off your H-pipe and recycle them. I got 150$ and I paid 20$ for my used H-pipe.

I'd say just get an o/r h or x.

I have 2 cats sitting in my garage I need to get rid of!

ah ur lucky, anne arundel county...i gotta switch my cats in when go into inspection. i got the bassani catted x pipe, but they also send u bolt on straight pipes that u can switch out the bolt on cats. theres a lil difference in sound. but dont bother try hollowing it out. y make all that effort and just switch it out to an x pipe
