I was wondering what all was necessary to lower my 99 GT 2" do I just need new springs or is there more to it than that? Also what should I be looking to spend on it all. Thanks

2" is borderline for C/C plates.

Acer, do you think I will need C/C Plates for my H&R Sport Springs? They lower 1.6" in the front and 1.5" in the rear? I think I asked you this before.. but I will be buying them in the next two weks... also a new bushing kit? is that a good idea and how much and where are those? I hear its def worth it...

prob. not, and nope.
In fact, I took my isolators out and I don't need c/c plates. Hell, I haven't even got an alignment yet, it's that close to stock.

I dunno, I prolly wouldn't go much more than the drop you get from Eibach Pro Kit (max of 1.5" drop). I run the Pro Kit and didn't have to fart around with anything else (including alignment). Even with my Pro Kit (drop), I still drag/scrape lots of shat I didn't think would make a diff...

i have install my sportline springs this week-end.i am changing 2 tie rods and i will get an alignement tomorrow.so i will see.
