throttle body

ok so my gt is sucking some crazy air.....and this is where its coming from....there is nothing here where its circled...it feels like its supposed to be covered or plugged but i dont know.....please help

correct lol. it never did. that may be why i got no replies. but the problem was that little allen head bolt fell out
