jkm1987 is the mustang 6 cyl. quicker than the camaro 6 cyl? their both pretty much the same engine. i think the mustang is what like 190 horse. whats the camaro 6 pushing. when i was looking for a newer body style stang 99-04 it seems like %75 of them were 6 cyl. i got my insurance quote today $45 a month for full coverage. lol its a sign im getting old. when i was 22 and wanted a mustang GT i was quoted like $250 a month. thats why i had to wait until i was like 25 to get a GT. the insurance was twice as much as the car payments.

how do they look ricey? i guess i just don't get it. i think that mustangs look the best with 5 star rims, and on rare occasions, a 6 star........... but other than that............. CRAP

250 a month on insurance is what i pay now, i'd kill for 150 a month, much less 45. I went to the ford dealer about 8 months ago to get a mach one, and i would have been paying like 950 a month for it, like 550 for payments, and 400 for insurance.......... i said, NO THANKS

those new mach ones are SWEET. i dont know if its just around here or the whole country. i inquired about a 2005 GT. and i was laughed at. they told me, no word of lie i might get a 2007 if i order now? they had a GT conv. in stock and wanted $5500 over sticker. i said i dont think so. and i was told the GT 05 coupes were getting around $3500 over sticker"when they came in" they were all spoken for. i seen a blue mach one with white stripes 2 days ago. man that is a beautiful car. i like what ford is doing with the stang. the new T-bird they cant even give them away aroung here. i seen new ones for low as $25,000.

i guess its the new 2005 body styles, that people are going nuts over, thats what i mean like you said a 2004 is like $16,000. if you pay say $24,000 plus the $3300 over the sticker price. its gonna be worth like $18,000 prob a year or so later. . im going to sell my 88 GT soon. here in northeast PA. i can have that sold in a day. their nuts for them here. i guess prob. its like that all over? my 88 has only 72,000 miles, im the second owner. i never beat it at all. i laid rubber with it twice with it lol. i baby it. i bought my 88 in 98 and put only 4000 miles on it. the last 2 years only 400 miles. since i had back surgery its to hard to drive.and getting in and out of it sucks also. i have a heavy duty clutch in it, and my left leg has nerve damage and i cant really shift without pain. its a shame i have to sell it. well i dont have to, but after driving my 99. i cant go back lol. the 88 has a new paint job also. when i was working 4 years ago a tractor i parked next to blew a hose and the blade fell and landed on my hatch and destroyed the spoiler and then it rolled down the back and put nice razor cuts all the way down to the exhaust pipes. so my work paid for the damage and i paid like $700 out of pocket and had the whole thing painted. it was 2 tone blue and gray. after the accident i had the whole car done in solid blue. take it easy guys.
