the car did it before and after i got new tires and had them balanced.

Have you had alignments done? Tires balanced and rotated? I'd start with the alignment.

It's your driveshaft, it's loose. I am 100% positive.

that would cause the car to wobble. my old car had that problem it doesnt feel like what my old car did.

been doing a lot of research on it and my best guess it's the drive shaft. So I'm gonna replace it with aluminum one and take it from there, If not that I'm back to the drawing board. Thanks for your feedback guys.

I had 2 simular problems like yours.

1st was my 97 Neon. Driving 60mph and up it would vibrate bad. It turnd out to be the front wheels needed to be balanced but I already knew it.

2nd was my 97 Ranger GT. It would vibrate only above 55mph, that turned out to be a bad u-joint at the transmission end.

I hope in your case its something minor as was mine.
