what kind of fluid did you use. also at 2 quarts overfilled you are causing the gears to literally pump fluid which is REEEEALLLY BAD.

I used RP. My only question is where did it go? We filled it at the fill plug on the side of the tranny and I was getting really worried when he was pumping the 4th bottle in and nothing was coming out yet. I know it's not supposed to hold that much, so where the hell did 2 quarts go?

i dont believe your suppose to use synthetic in the tr3650 and will actually make it more apt to grind. synchros are designed differently and some are designed to work with synthet and some aren't. you said he used a machine to fill it. did you fill the machine up and then pump it in or does it use a big tank (maybe the machine is calibrated wrong).

just because it started coming out the hole doesnt mean hurry up and put the plug in
let it run out of the hole until it stops (WITH THE CAR LEVEL)

not to be an ignoramus but cant you just put the atf where the shifter goes, instead of one of the fill plugs on the side of the trans?

Yes, the car was level on a lift. I'm having my mech. look at it just to make sure there's not a fill problem somewhere.

Fill the transmission with 3.0 liters (6.3 pints) . The full fill level is approximately 19 mm (0.75") below the fill hole.
