GT Tach/Shift Lite Questions!
Hello People! I'm a newbie to the site, and I guess to the whole Domestic muscle car scene... My car now is a blue 01 Billet GT with silver stripes. I guess you can say I switch styles....... My other car (which I still have but hardly ever drive now!) was one of those fast and the furious cars.... I have everything on that car, NOS, 5 T.Vs, a ps2 in the dash, camera's, body graphics, huge rims, lowered, I mean everything!!!! Anywho, I wanted to put this Shift Lite Only (No Huge Monster Tach) that I bought From Autometer in my GT... Its super simple to hook up; One wire to power, one to negative, and one to the tach terminal on electronic ignitions or coil.... Thats where I get lost. Which one do I have and where the hell is it? Like I said, I was an import guy. But now that I got this GT, My import drives like a golf cart. I'm opened to be SCHOOLED.. Please Help!!!

RE: GT Tach/Shift Lite Questions!
Poor, poor, mustang......
99-04 need a tach adaptor because of the lack of the distributor in the car. Usually run about 45 bucks, ford, autometer, msd, and others make them.
And I assume you have a "Bullit" not a "Billet"

There is a shift light that you dont need a tach addapter for, the Raptor Performance it has 6 LED lights it runs about $80 & it gets wired in to your PMC. Check it out at www.raptorperformance.com
