Default chocolate milk look

i was adding some oil today and i noticed a chocolate milk looking fluid was around the cap and filler neck but i checked the fluid on the stick and it had the normal used oil look.

am i walking into a head gasket problem like my gut is telling me i am?

its from mositure in the crank case. i see u live in new jersey and that can occur when u dont let ur car warm up when its subzero out, jus let the car run for about a minute and thatll go away. ur car is fine just cant always have that, if it happens a lot then u may need an engine flush cuz that can cause a sludge build up, the engine flush fluid is only 25-30 bux at ur local oil change bay. takes 8 minutes at the place i worked at.
