You can always go with a Dr.Gas X But it will need to be welded together.

Does anyone know what kind of actual actual rwhp gains I can expect to get with a mac ceramic coated LT's with say a VRS catted X coupled with my stingers?

I've seen lots of discussion on this subject. Conventional wisdom says you will see lots of gains. Before and after dynos don't show much. Long-tubes, o/r mid-pipe and a new tune generally show 7-20 rwhp with the lower number being more common. I believe that its the o/r mid-pipe that gives most of the gains. I put on BBK ceramic long-tubes with a catted x-pipe on a supercharged motor and saw zero gain on the dyno (but the dyno runs were months apart so that could throw off the results). Some have said the catted x-pipe may have been the reason. I hope you have better luck.
