If it has P&P heads I pray the previous owner was smart enough to do cams too.....

Didn't you get any info from him when you bought the car?

i make close to 300 to the wheels except i have cams, injectors and im dyno tuned... My dyno numbers on my sig are with a 5% power loss to the wheels because apparently my breaks were dragging on the dyno and its only an 87 conservative tune. As for parts to be added i would say cams? Why would someone do all that work pulling the heads off and porting and polishing them and not putting cams in? Are you absolutly sure its even p&p? Anyways after cams i would go with a good tb and some bigger injectors... Or Just get a bigger tb and get a supercharger just be careful with your compression with a supercharger... I would watch out if you spray it with that compression too...

Ported manifold? I assume this is an aftermarket manifold.

hmm...you buy from a dealer or a owner? if an owner i bet they got it dyno tuned... if so just ask them. if a dealer you could be out of luck as far as getting good numbers or to much more info about the work done to it. and we will need more info about whats been done to give you a good number if you cant get that info your best bet might be to go to a performance shop and ask them whats going on under the hood.
