Sounds leak an exhaust leak coming from the headers. I have BBK headers and they used to leak all the time. Buy heavy duty gasket's and all will be well.

are you reffering to the collector gaskets??...cuz i was told BBK headers didnt use collector gastets, but if your talking about the header to head gaskets i bought brand new OEM gaskets. and ive listened in the engine bay and there is NO leak coming from that area.
