Car runs rough!
Well I just got a 2003 GT motor swapped into my 2001 GT. (threw a rod) and the car misses and skips really bad. Ran some fuel injection cleaner through it and it runs really good. Well I got lower on fuel today(1/4 tank) and it starts doing it bad again. Also the lower the rpm when flooring the gas the worst it is. and also when it is in neutral or the clutch is held in it revs perfectly with no missing whatsoever. Ideas?
