Yes it could but you can do all of that your self for much cheaper, its all really easy stuff. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe (facing the engine)

Cylinder numbers (front to rear)
Right side......................1-2-3-4
Left (driver's) side...........5-6-7-8
Firing order.......1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8

took that from Sleeper.

if the light comes back on go to autozone and they will read the codes for free...or use a tuner if available...

For the TPS , just a screw driver...

For the COP, just pop off the fuel rail....remove bad COP and replace with new one...
A replacement should only cost $50 at autozone or oreileys...If you pop ur rail, u should replace your orings for the injectors aswell....just a thought

1.Just pull up on it, make sure you put some towels or something down around it, to catch the fuel that will spill out.
2. Well you can buy some injector or fuel system cleaner, put it in your tank and hope that it works. Or you can go to a local shop and have them clean them, that will cost a bit. But it would be cheaper than buying a cleaner kit.
3. Its on the front side of your Tboddy, held on by 2 screws.

Yes. autozone will read your cosdes for FREE!!!
