Default Diablosport Help

Ok, so I have searched and searched and searched...I need help with this Diablosport Predator Tuner for my 01 Gt (AUTO). I have a CAI, Exhaust, basic bolt-ons. Any how I installed the Predator tune, take it for a test drive and from first to second gear it hits the rev limiter. I have to basically let of the gas to get it to shift properly at WOT. So i adjust the the shift points down a little...got nothing, changed them up to a higher rpm got nothing, took the rev limiter higher still does it. Is there any one who has encountered this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions? Any help would be great, thanks.

Yes it happened to me and ive heard others complain about the same thing. You are going to need to lower your shift pressure. I put mine all the way down, that fixed it for me. I not sure how far up you can put the psi, i didnt get much time to messwith it before i deployed. So, my advice for you would be to first put it all theway down, then bump it up a notch and try again...repeat. Until it hits the limiter again, tyhen bump down to previous setting. Please let me know what the highest setting is...

ok well here is the thing....before i messed with the shift pressure, it was doing this. The pressure is all the way down to stock and i still have a the problem. I am thinking it is my tire size or the axle ratio, which is set at 3.23 and i have been trying to look for the stock axle ratio on a 2001 Gt auto and still no luck. I am installing 4.10s but i would like to figure this out before that.

did u use the "firm" shift setting? not sure if its an option on the 01's but without that on my dads 07gt auto that same kinda thing happens, that or you have to shift early and miss out on good powerband
