Exclamation HELP NOT RUNING RIGHT

4.6 DOHC NOT RUINING RIGHT AT TIME IT WILL START AND TURN RIGHT OFF AT TIMES IT WILL RUN BUT IDLE WILL DROP AND STARTS KNOCKING THEN IT SHUTS OFF OR IDLES UP AND A LITTLE WHILE LATER WILL SHUT OFF IT STARTED WHEN I WOULD COME TO A STOP IT WOULD IDLE DOWN AND SHUT OFF THEN IT STARTED KNOCKING BAD BEARING WENT OUT ON IT FIXED THAT GOT IT ALL BACK TOGETHER BUT IT'S NOT RUNNING RIGHT NOT SURE WHAT IT COULD BE CHECKED FOR LEAK ON THE INTAKE NO LEAK THERE WITH THE MASS AIR SENSOR OFF IT WILL STALL OUT SO THAT SEAMS TO BE OK NOT SURE WHAT IT COULD BE NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT

PLEASE HELP GOING NUT'S WITH IT LOL

Ahhh...CAPS...Broski! What mods are done to the car rite now? Have you added anything new latley?

ONLY MOD'S ON IT WHEN I GOT IT IS NO CATS AND A CHIP TO REMOVE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT NOTING OTHER THEN THAT AS FAR AS I KNOW

Did you have the motor torn down? What bearing was bad? Are you sure the timing is set right

And if its still knocking, it could be because its runnning out of fuel.. Ever heard a car clunking because its out of gas?? Its a bad sound

I DID TO REPLACE THE BEARING . IT WAS PISTON NUMBER 5 . HAVE NOT CHECKED THE TIMING. IT WAS DOING THIS BEFORE THE BEARING WENT OUT WHEN IT IDLES DOWN IT STARTS A CLONKING SOUND AND OIL PRESSURE GUAGE GOES NUT'S I THINK MIGHT HAVE BEEN THE REASON THE BEARING WENT OUT.

So is it still losing oil pressure? Sounds like you messed something up, or didnt replace the right bearing. Regardless, spun bearings wont cause stalling..

You're not going to find out much here because you need hands on help.. Nobody can e-diagnose an engine noise by a vague description
