Default just cold?

hey all,
with my cobra that i just got, it has been acting a bit wierd when i first get in and drive it.

only till it gets warmed up, but when it is cold, i will start driving and when it hit's 3000-3500 RPM it stuters, like its not getting fuel.

this car has one of those dual stage throtle body, and they both open up rioght about when it stuters, is it flooding it's self?

and if it is how can i fix it?...let it warm up?[&:]

Have it scanned. Might be a bad o2 sensor. Sounds like once it goes into closed loop, the computer takes over and problem is solved. When they scan it, make sure the sensors are waving.
