JVOG:

I'm running a V2 Vortech with stock pulley, no I/C, stock t/b and plenum. I have replaced the cat back, but am running stock mid-pipe. I maxed out at 358hp on the dyno. One, I ran out of fuel just before redline (using the focus pump), second, I drive this thing every day, so we left the tune on the mild side.

Ok..guess I can defiantely hit my power goals than. However, I don't see how the focus pump maxed out that low...

my car peaked at 454 rwhp with my v2. I told my dyno shop to back off timing a little and keep it at 425 rwhp so the engine could hold it for a few more months till i get internals.

i have 3.3 pulley, powerpipe, i/c, tb/plenum, h pipe, catback. For fuel ONLY a svt pump and 44#ers. Thats it. I dont know why everyones HP numbers are so damn low. Either somethings wrong with the setup or yall's tuners suck. Either way if your intercooled with a vortech and basic bolt ons you should make OVER 400 rwhp.

EDIT: my dyno numbers aren't inflated either. I got proof; and I pull heads/cam ls1's and kill ls2 vettes no problem. GO BOOSTED 2v's!!!

I MADE 380/375. I COULD'VE MADE MORE BUT I TOLD ERIC AT SWARR AUTO TO MAKE IT A SAFE TUNE " FOR NOW ". MY 10 PSI SET UP INCLUDES : 90MM LIGHTNING MAF, 75MM BBK/ROUSH TB., ACCUFAB PLENUM AND A O/R H PIPE WITH A FLOWMASTER EXHAUST.

What do you trap at the 1/4? That's the true real world test. If you knew how many so called faster cars I killed you'd be amazed. Also it's so easy to manipulate the final numbers. Dyno numbers mean crap. Plus just because you roll raced some one really isn't a controlled test.

I do not know the numbers I make, but my times or should I say my mph speaks for itself. I agree with you Jive, numbers are great, but how it performs on the street and on the track is what matters.

I have trouble with figuring traps. I know my 1/8 traps are a little low compared to my 1/4 traps. When going by them I shouldn't be trapping as high as I did in the 1/4. My best 1/8 trap with only 516 was only 101 but my best 1/4 trap was 130.69. Never had a chance with 598.
