rear seat is not real difficult, and about 40 lbs. your driver and pass. seat could be replaced with lightweight seats, the drivers is heavy if it is power seat.

Take spare tire, jack, and trunk flooring out

A tubular k member would help

I never knew those seats were so heavy!
if i do take all that stuff out I'll be sure to weigh it all for future refrence.

I don't think the rear seats are really that heavy.

EDIT: I'm eating my words w/ the head rest it's close to that.

Rear seat bottom.........................-11.0 lbs
Rear seat back.............................-25.6 lbs
Rear seat head rest.......................-5.6 lbs

I know a great way to drop weight off the front is a tubular k-member and a arms, I have seen between 40-100+ lbs dropped from the front end alone.

maybe 30-40, there is a lot of metal in the rear seat back.

OP- I took out my front seats to shampoo under them cause my ex spilled some alcohol down under there ( I know) and they were much heavier than I thought, especially my drivers

Are you trying to reduce for drag racing? A good set of drag rims and skinnies up front will greatly reduce your weight. You could always take off your hood and trunk. Those are kinda heavy (J/K don't take those off)
