HELP! Spark plug blowout w/ another prob

that just happened to me last week. Sucks dude cause ford is basically not doing SHEEET about it. Also i heard helicoil or whatever isnt the best. Is anyone familliar with timesert? Im gonna try that either this or next week. Sucks dude. How hard is it to do? Im kinda afraid to do it myself, should i take it in?

you can do a threaded insert on your own..
just take your time, have plenty of lighting and patience..
find something to get down into the combustion chamber to suck the aluminum shavings from off the top of the piston as well..don't want any scoring/scratching of the cylinder walls...
i did it, but messed it up.(err, my dad helped a bit too much). it shouldnt be too hard

mine were ngk TR6's, now that I have had two blow out i'm not sure if I like them. I have read that you need to re-torque all your plugs every 5000 miles, which I didnt do. also when they blew out I could tell the top threads had grime on them so it had worked its way out until it was only holding onto the last couple threads then just shot that bastard out. Sucks... looks like once I get it fixed this time I will be re-torquing them every oil change or so. I have heard some ford service techs' talking about how they dont use Anti-seize, how about some loc-tite?
