How bout a lightweight battery? that saves quite a bit of weight especially how it is at the front drivers side of the engine bay.

By the way...all those mods and no subframe connectors?!?! you should get some man. Also do somemore suspension mods as I heard aftermarket K members save A LOT of weight...and front coilover conversions

Unless its an all out drag car gutting it looks like ****. In NMRA a gutted car like the one in the video would not be alowed to compete. Just add power if its a street car and take out unneeded and unseen things.

scrape off all the sound deadening, go with a tubular K member and coil overs front and rear, go with a liughtweight battery(and move it to the rear), ditch the rear spoiler(every bit helps), and any other appearance crap you have.

you can take off that 10 lb hunk of steel under the pumpkin. remove hood insulation, rubber gasket on cowl behind hood.
heres a good list http://www.modularrevolution.com/Weight.htm

if you wanna get crazy, use up all your washer fluid and put back 2 oz. and take off those useless seat belt guides on the seat lol

Racing seats should save you a few lbs.
