Will aftermarket deck work with Mach 460 system?

Will aftermarket deck work with Mach 460 system?
I want to switch my mach 460, 6 disc cd changer for a regular 1 disc pioneer cd player so that I can have the front usb input for my iphone. One problem I have read is that the speakers might sound like crap because that deck is only using 4 speakers while my mach sound system has 6. Anyone know anything about this or have any suggestions? Better yet, anyone know how the hell I can get an aux input on my mach 460?

It will work, you just have to get a special box that utilizes one of RCA ports on the back of the radio and hooks to the existing wires that were running into the back of the stock head unit. Then, your amps will work and they will drive your speakers correctly.
