I believe MPH has a mongoose kit with what basically need. I know some guys have bought from them on here and are happy. Somewhere here: http://modularpowerhouse.com/
Check out the sites sponsers as well...they usually have some good discounts to forum members and will probably have what you need to get you good to go.

I agree with alot of the info given, it all depends on supporting mods, tune, and how you drive the car. I myself and naturally aspirated with a ProCharger F-1A on order. I have an MMR 5.0 950 Stroker with forged internals and stage 3 heads, cams etc. on motor I put down 343 RWHP and 354 RWTQ, with my setup I can throw alot of boost (planning on 25 lbs.) but as far as stock internals its all on the tune and how you drive it. One of my best friends has a 2003 GT with stock internals w a P1SC blower at 16 lbs and he dynoed at I believe 456 RWHP, hes had the car with that setup for over 2 years now and he definately gets on it ocassionally but drives casually for the most part. Thats that we live in CO so tuning is very important at our elivation. I honestly think if you stay arond 400 RWHP with 42lb injectors (possibly good set of rails - Professional Products has a good set for under $150) MAF calibrated to the 42 lb, a 255 lph fuel pump and of course the colder plugs. As for the plenum and TB they will greatly help but are not neccissary right off the bat. I would reccomend down the road to go with a bigger TB, better flowing plenum and so Accell or MSD CoPs. Make sure to find a tuner with a good reputation in your area and you should have no issues with 400 RWHP.

^^^^Exactly.
A lot of is how much risk you want to take as well and how hard you are on your stang.
I have a friend with a Mach 1 push over 450rwhp on a Kenne Bell and the only difference in the bottom ends on those are a forged crank which isn't what usually goes on these motors anyways.

I have ran 432rwhp with a Kenne Bell @ 10psi for over 3 years now with no problems on a stock lower end of my '01 GT. I will admit that this is not a good idea for most situations out there, but it can be done with proper care and understanding of the mechanical limits of your setup.
