well everyone is saying plug so im just gonna throw this out there. In my old motor a piston smacked a valve so it was dumping gas in most of the time which would foul the plug and than the motor was done. Im not complaining though cause i went from npi with a full exhaust to a built pi swapped motor making a lot more power.

So if that is the case, I would have to buy new heads... like the pair on both sides?

If that is what I have to end up doing I'll probably start a new thread and get some opinions on heads... I've been lookin up mmr for a while, but not much else in that regard.

Either way this blows big time.

Shouldn't be low on oil, it was changed about two weeks ago, and I haven't seen or smelled an oil leak.. =/

check the oil and pull the plug coil before you worry about heads. i think it sounds like a oiling issue like a failed oil pump and piston slap and valve train noise. its real simple pull the plug coil and rule that out and for god sakes check the oil!i hope its just a plug. a head is cheaper than a new motor

ummm blowing a spark plug is a very common problem with the 4.6 sohc..... a cheap fix is find a set of heads used insted of paying 3-400 for 1 new head...
