Cheap project exactly. And if done right it will really stand out from all the other mustangs running around here in Washington. I can't wait for my new springs to get here. I ordered them from american muscle on the 5th and they say delivery date is the 13th.

I got some friends that are all about cars so they are going to help me install them. But from everything I have read, it shouldn't be too bad to install. No spring compression or anything.

Do you have any problems going over speed bumps or anything with your eibach's? Earlier today I got my oil changed and couldn't even make it over the damn metal grate the guy was standing in. I had to get out and lift the front of the car while pulling it.

I dont have any problems with speedbumps but my son does. Its weird because we have the same year cars (1996) and same springs, but his car sits lower than mine. Go figure

Ok well hopefully I won't have any problems after the install. Will let you know how it goes. Did you install caster camber plates with yours? Have you had any problems with toe in of the front tires?

I didnt install c/c plates. I check tires occasionally and they seem to be wearing ok. My car is not my DD or else I would have installed c/c plates and got a alignment after installing new springs

Default Springs Installed!!!

So i received my Eibach Pro Spring Set. I installed them last night with a friend of mine. Took about 2 1/2 hours to do all four springs. Not bad at all. The fronts were definitely the hardest. A lot of stuff to disassemble (more than the back anyways). Then right to the last bolt the rear end decided to twist backwards a little bit and didn't want to line back up just right with the control arm. Needed 3 people for that one. But overall not bad at all. I am posting some before and after pics of the slammed car before and the after install raising it back up, but still lowered some. The first two pictures are before pics and the last two are after pics.

Thanks. I think so too. It rides so much smoother than before. I can actually clear speed bumps safely without the tranny scraping. And it corners pretty good too. Definitely worth the $250 from AmericanMuscle. And now more inner tire wear.
