after market alarm & programmer

i'm going to download a tune into my gt and it came with an audiovox pursuit alarm. i know from experience with programmers you'll be turning the key on & off at times during the load and with the alarm system as well resetting different functions. anybody know if there gremlins i should be aware of? many thanks

Don't its garbage. Get sniper, sct or diablo in that order.

OR

If you plan to get a dyno tune get whatever your shop uses because the abilities of the handheld are no longer in question because the dyno tuner will use more powerful software.
