Your not going to see 17lbs. At 3500 I'm making 7.4lbs and at 4700 I'm making 14.7lbs. On that run I only made 17.8 lbs 5700 cause I had a little belt slip problem back then.

Since we tripped onto the topic of what's a better blower, would you guys prefer a novi 2000 or a procharger f1a?

I like the idea of a monster blower, but isn't an F1R a bit more than you're really ever going to need on a 2V? I would think the f1a has plenty of potency for the flow of these engines.

did you datalog that or are you just assuming that's what you saw at that?

If not, I'd like to know how you could watch the road, your tach, and the boost gauge all at the same time with 500+rwhp

Oh, and your not going to see 17psi. Your going to loose PSI due to heat from overspinning the blower.

Novi 2000, procharger D1-sc and vortech T trim are all in the same class with the novi out performing the other two.

F1a and YSI are in a class together but the novi 2000 is in very close competitor.

Bottom line is to get a d1 or T trim to make same power as a novi 2000 you have to run alot more boost.

well, then not only would there be a perceptual difference from not looking straight on at the gauge, but the chance that she was able to actually see clearly what was going on under that kind of acceleration.
