Default Electrical PROBLEMS!!! Please Help!!!

I had my 98 GT Vert in the shop to get a methanol injection kit installed...and I get my ride back and now when I lock my doors, my trunk pops open...and all my Courtesy Lights do not work (map, visor, and trunk lights). They say this prob has nothing to do with the work that they did...what ever, I'll deal with them later.

Could anybody tell me what they think is the prob? I have checked the fuses for the courtesy lights and it looks good. Please respond...I'm closing my trunk 22 times a day. Going CRAZY!!!

Thanks in advance.

Default Does the kit include anything electrical?

Does the injection kit they installed come with anything that needed a 12 volt source? If it does, I'm willing to bet they took the 12 volt source from the circuit that is now giving you problems. I would take the care back to them and ask them where they took the 12 volt feed from. Make them show you exactly what circuit they tied into. If it is tied into the system that opens your trunk lid, make them disconnect it, and tie into some other circuit from your ignition switch. Good luck, Tommy.
