Question Will I be pushing it...

I've read that the New Edge GT's (stock) can handle about 410 hp safely. Without a dyno I think I should be right around 270-280 RWHP and will be getting a S/C in the next year. Once I add the S/C will I be pushing my luck?

nope, just keep the boost down aroung 9-10 PSI and you should be fine...
After install, put it on the dyno to see where you are at hp wise just to be safe, but you will more than likely be fine.

it also depends what type of supercharger kit you go with, but I would definitely get it on the dyno and get it tuned after install

I'm going with the Procahrger. The reason why is because got a buddy that has a 99 GT with 410's and he's running a Procahrger. It does take a bit getting use to but he's got it down pact. Man that thing will move. Thought about staying N/A (heads, other bolt ons etc, etc) but thats what a 40-50 hp gain if I'm lucky. I'm getting a Procharger from AM (including military discount) $4200.00. Anyone know if I can get a better deal somewhere else?

I have a lot of buddies around here who aren't forum members that tinker with Stangs, so if I hear anything I'll shoot you a PM.
