The slp x pipe is crazy expensive. I have loudmouth 1s as well. Bit of advice? Don't take the cats off the x pipe. I have basically straight pipes on my car, and although under 2500 it sounds nice, above that, it sounds like a machine gun, and quite "farty."

Ill be switching to an h pipe, and if that doesnt do the trick for me, new mufflers.

so you want to be paying an extra 500 or so just so you can say you have full SLP exhaust?

and americanmuscle has them in stock for 419.99 with free shipping AND MF members get i believe 6% off, just PM AMNick and he'll give you the promo code.

that doesn't make much sense....

different x pipes are going to basically show you the same results and sound.

i said the same thing when i first bought that exhaust, so i did slp from the headers back and it sounded no different with the bbk x pipe.

oh and +1 on keeping the cats. lm1 with o/r X or H sounds horrible. but lm2 on the o/r H sounds like sex.

I love my Bassani X paired with my stingers. The fit and finish is great. I bought the SS one with the cats and the cats look like "bullet" cats kinda like SLP LM mufflers so it's very low profile and I have no ground clearance issues too. My kit also came with o/r straight pipes so I can swap my cats out for straight pipes easily.
