Default LCA Question

I bought the red tubular upper and lower control arms from CJPonyParts recently. I got them b/c they were red and cheap (they look like the ones from Summit). I know there are better ones out there but I just wanted to check these out and maybe upgrade in the future if I get really hooked on drag racing.

My question is: these came with the bushings and the metal sleeves already installed but not greased/lubricated. The control arms have grease fittings but do I need to take the bushings out of the control arms to grease them better? If so, how can I get them out when there is no grease on them without busting them up?

Thanks!

Your link does not provide any images but figure this is a solid poly/poly arm. If so, this will be fine for the 1/4, but not soo good for the twisties.

If you REALLY get into the 1/4, I would recommend a Griggs LCA and others may recommend a Kenny Brown.

Definitely the solid poly/poly arm just like the Summit ones. I'm not into the twisties...yet...just straightline so far. I will keep the Griggs LCAs in mind if this becomes an addiction

I greased them at the fittings without taking them out so now the fun part of installing them begins!

Thanks for the help!
