Default Car Shut off Doing 80ish

I had IAC issues a few years back, but after a cleaning and reassembly everything went back to normal.

I was beating the car a bit the other day and was doing about 80 in 4th, shifted to nuetral and noticed the car pulling to the right and it was difficult to pull back over to the center of the road and the brakes were dead.

I knew right away the car had died. So, luckily I was in the middle of nowhere when I beat on my car and I coasted to a stop, restarted the car and everything is fine.

Initially I thought maybe the RPMs were dropping way to fast for the rest of the day, but that's seemed to have stopped as well.

Any ideas?

Shifting to neutral made the ECM shut the engine down. This can be fixed with a custom tune or just don't shift to neutral.

thanks for the advice !

lol

i was wondering if it could be a vacuum leak because I noticed earlier that day the car was idling/holding low rpms...and later that day between shifts it was dropping quickly instead of hanging up like they usually do

*i havent done any IAC mods either*
