Default Tuning?

What is the best method of tuning mustangs? My plan is to bring it in and have it dyno tuned but I would also like to use the same program to make future adjustments as needed with out having to bring it back in. Is there a program similair to HPTuners for 99-04 mustangs.

SCT - X3 or Sniper.

You should ask the dyno shop what they tune with.

Most shops are probably going to tune with SCT Advantage III.
