31 spline axles since your doing gears again, headers if you dont already have them, cams, or underdrive pulleys.

If you're saving for a supercharger (like you said) then skip the pulleys. And if you're saving for a s/c why are you looking for mods to spend money on?

Headers can't hurt btw.

well it will probably be like a tax return deal, and i can't just let my cobra sit there without getting faster, stronger, and more solid... isn't that illegal?

31 spline axles you will need a new differential, and the axles themselves. Feel free to correct me if Im wrong but I believe the cobra's had 28 spline axles along with GT's. All 31's is doing is giving more surface area to distribute the torque transferred from the diff to the axle, hence making the connection stronger and less likely to fail. Summit offers gear and diff install kits for the 8.8 with 373's and 31 spline diff, you just have to shop for axles which shouldnt be to hard.

I have heard rumors that Moser's need C clip eliminators and will not support ABS sensors but I have no idea, someone please clarify this aspect for me.

Yes, everything you need (minus axle seals) is posted in those two links, the entire kit, and axles.

well i have the 4.10 ring and pinon and bearing kit with ups as we speak, so i probably wouldn't want to get the whole kit, just the differential and splines. would this be something that i'd have to take to a shop to do? i have a qualified mechanic that puts my gears in, any special " shop " tools needed you think? or could he do this in his garage? done my 3.73's two years ago, no problems.

you need everything to tear down the axle and set the lash, only special tools I can think of would be a micrometer, bearing remove/installers and a torque wrench, possibly a slide hammer to get the old axles out. The micrometer would be the only thing I think you may have to buy, everything else is a rental at autozone or local parts store. Should be a weekend job in a driveway.
