may want to check on the specs of everything. i do realize this is a cobra and all, but the weakest point is rated at 500, which is pistons and rods.. so if your not going to go real big power... forged may be over kill. hypereutectic pistons, like what are stock with cobra, not sure about your, are rated at 500. H8ll in a few months i'll have everything but the block replaced if your looking for stuff. i'm forging mine, but i'm going FI with engine work.

Seems stupid to spend all that money and not go with better rods/pistons while your there.


I would kill for a forged shortblock

Make sure you get it line bored if needed.
