Iv just installed a 99-04 engine in my 97 gt. Ignition is still 97. My question is i dont know what supercharger kit to install in the car now. Will i have to find a supercharger to fit and do custom plumbing on the intake tubing? I did call vortech but they couldnt answer my question. They reffered me to one of there sponsored racers who couldnt help either. Any ideas to point me in the right direction would be great. Thanks

 

It depends on the timing case cover your using, since you said your still using 97 ignition then your most likely using the 97 cover so you should get a kit for the 96-98 gts so it has room or has a bracket for the coil pack. I got a used procharger kit from an 03 and had to buy a new mounting bracket and idler setup for mine.

 

You need the one that will match your brackets. Other than that its just a big hair dryer...
