Why would anyone do that to a perfectly good Mustang. Does that on have 4 exhaust pipes?

my seatbelt wouldnt retract or pull out so i bought a whole new assembly from ford for about $60~ .... and now 6 months later is exactly the same

my problem with the seat belts is it twists going in so it doesnt retract,pain in my ......sss

OK dude you live in Cali the most accident prone state in the U.S. of A. They have saved my life more times than I care to talk about.
