152XXX miles. Still runs like it's a couple of years old. Nothing wrong with it all.

removing the cats and not running MIL's will not cause your engine to run poorly or to blow smoke out the tailpipe. The rear O2's simply check for catalytic function. of course if you don't have cats, it will throw a CEL. The rear O2's have no impact on engine function.

Ok, I have already said that I DO have MIL's on the car and I also knew more smoke was going to come out of the exhaust since theres no more cats on the car. I do not have a problem with the mid pipe, I have a problem with my car burning oil.

I was just giving general information on the statement made earlier in the thread where someone stated that removing cats with no MIL's can cause the engine to not run right.

Sorry didn't mean to sound like a d**K. Just having a horrible time with the mustang so I am a little p**sed right now. If it's not one thing, it's another, and I am so tired of spending money on this thing, and so is the wife. Probably going to put a for sale ad up sometime in the near future.

Nope, nothing out of the ordinary. No knocking or pinging and no strange noises coming from under the hood. And still drives great. I am at work right now so I will have to check to see what the oil looks like when I get home.

Dude, I would love to have some new heads and a set of cams for the car but me and the family have been living paycheck to paycheck ever since I bought this POS. It likes to break alot. Hell, three days after I bought the car the tranny decided to crash. So that right there should tell you the luck I am having with this thing. And being in the military I don't make s**t for money to begin with. But I really do appreciate the offer.

You can have a blown head gasket and not have pinging or knocking. is it white smoke you see from the tailpipe? also look for oil mixed in with coolant or a whitish milky color to the oil
