Header question

I have a set of shorty headers on my 99 GT now..running 10 PSI on a Procharger..

how much benefit if any would long tube headers give me..

All i can tell you is what they did for me on a 100 shot of nitrous. With just the long tubes (compared to stock manifolds) i gained 20 rwhp and 57 rwtq. This was with no additional tuning either.
