Default Speedometer/iddle problem

My speedometer just died. After swapping into 3.73's gears a yr ago a speed calibrator was also installed in my GT. I've had this problem before and all was caused by a blowout fused. The Speed cal is wired with the cigarette lighter and yesterday i connected the Police radar into it and my Speedo died, at the same time i started having iddle problems. I would like to know where is this fuse ocated, under the instrument panel?Any input and help will be appreciated>>>>>>>>>&gt ;

idle problem = iac 95% of the time, as for the blown fuse just pull them out one by one and see which one is bad - they are under the steering column
