Default 3rd gear

I have an 04 GT and every now and then when I shift to 3rd, it pops out and I grind the gears(the clutch is in all the way, too). I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

synchros for the win! who cares how cheap it is? it's covered under warranty. it could be $10,000 and it'd cost her nothing.

Thanks. Anyway, the Ford dealer asked me to bring it in so they can take it apart and see what the problem is. They said that was the only way they could find out if it was the sychronizers and if it would be covered by warranty. Guess I'll find out in the next couple of weeks. Sorry if I posted the question to the wrong board. Just wondered if anyone else had this problem.
