Can I change my sparks?

I heard that I can't change my own spark plugs because I have a 2000 GT...is that true? Also, what spark plugs do you guys use and recommend? Wires also... thanks!

um, you can change them and I use NGK's in both Stangs. As far as wires you don't have spark plug wires.

NGK TR55 in the silver one and TR6 in the black one.
