Default Spark plugs

Is it true that my 2000 Gt has spark plus? I have never seen them.

NGK, AC Delco, Motorcraft.....every well known manufacturer makes good plugs. don't believe the hype that are $5 plugs. You are just paying for someone eles's ferrari.

Autolite 764's. $11 for 8 of them at Advance. BTW, it's easy to change them as well.

How do I know when I need to replace my plugs? I've had the car since August '02 and I haven't touched the ingition system. What about injectors, do they need replacement? I know nothing about this subject if that isn't already horribly obvious.
