I have found all three of these cars around 22,000 dollars and i was wondering which car has the most potential and dont know to much about the saleen except its got the 4.6 2v motor with the eaton twin screw supercharger.

For what they are, Saleen all the way. Potential...i'd say the Cobra. I have a feeling a few people may say differently though. Lets wait and see.

I go cobra, the 4v heads are gonna be a step ahead the whole way but parts for the 4v like cams are twice as much since u need 2 more yah plus the IRS not bad either...
Saleen to me seems pricey for something u could do with a lot less money and get better results
just my opinions though

If it was me I would take the supercharged Saleen depending on mileage. If it has high miles than I would lean toward the Cobra.

The reason I would do the mach is because its a 4v and it has a solid rear end which is better for the strip. Plus there are now many supercharging options for the mach 1. The mach will probally not be the easiest to mod but the outcome will be the best out of all of them. The 2v can only withstand so much HP and the cobra has IRS which sucks for the strip. Plus the mach has a cool shaker. lol.
